Welcome Back! For this post I wanted to discuss one of my favorite places. I have had the pleasure to travel to some hidden gems. Here is some thoughts regarding one of them.

The views in Sewanee, TN are breathtaking with greenery that is vast and beautiful. This gem is hidden in the mountains of Tennessee. I had a pleasure of being at the Sewanee Inn. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. It's a beautiful boutique property located in the mountains. It's a short beautiful ride from Atlanta, GA with breathtaking views!

The Sewanee Inn is a boutique resort in the mountains. They offer lush accommodations with larger hotel rooms. They also have amazing customer service! The staff is friendly, and the area is peaceful. If you are looking to unplug and enjoy some serenity this is the place to be!

There is a restaurant on property for breakfast and dinner, but don't miss out on some great local options. I had the pleasure of visiting 2 restaurants in this small quaint town and the service and food was delightful!

The Mountain Goat Market was not only delectable food, but they have unique and fun merchandise to browse through while you wait for your meal. Seating is available on site inside and outside. Along with fast and friendly service! This restaurant is a treat for the whole family!

The other restaurant I visited was Jim Oliver's Smoke House Restaurant. They have a buffet and a la cart options. I chose to try the a la cart option. The dish I liked most is a good ole southern favorite of mine. Fried Pies! The peach was to die for!

If you are looking for a quick get away to enjoy nature and unplug! Take trip to Sewanee Tennessee!
